HOW TO WORK WITH US?

  • First step is for the couple to choose the package, location and date of wedding to serve as base for the planning.

  • At this stage the couple can let us know if they will require any additional service, that is not included in our standard offer. As our packages are designed for two people, it is necessary for us to know your vision to better tailor our services to you.

    As our standard offer includes one authenticated copy of marriage certificate, by this stage we can already discuss your preferences for authentication of the certificate, or if you will be needing extra authenticated copies.

  • Once the general details and preferences are discussed, our team will prepare an offer for your review.

    To secure the offer, our planner will request a partial prepayment in order to book our team and the venue (If any venue is involved)

  • Once the offer has been secured with a downpayment, we will supply the standard references to design choices for floral decor, or other relevant services.

  • Congratulations! It is your wedding day!

    Once all of the details are discussed and agreed upon, the next step is for you to arrive to Tbilisi, Georgia.

    in General, our team will be working with you for two days. We will need your presence for document submission and marriage application signing.

    On the wedding day, our planner will be there to help oversee everything.

  • Once marriage registration is finalised, our planners will handle the document authentication process.

    Couple’s presence in the country is not required, unless requested otherwise by your respective embassy.

  • Upon finishing the authentication of your marriage certificate, we will supply you with the scanned version of the document.

    If you have not left the mailing fee before your departure, you will be supplied with an address, from which you can arrange pick up of the parcel, using your preferred shipping company.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONs

  • The general requirement for marriage registration in Georgia is your valid travel documents (Passports) and a legal form of entry (Example: Visa, Residence cards, Visa Free Passports)

  • All of the offers presented on the website are designed solely for 2 people and simple elopements.

    These packages serve as a starting point for couples that are NOT traveling alone and wish to bring guests with them.

    All guest related services and fees are discussed and custom tailored upon further communication

  • As our packages are designed for couples, our team by default acts as your witness.

    Should you have guests that will act as your witnesses, the requirements for them are following:

    • Their document’s physical presence in Georgia during the initial pre-registration process

    • Their physical presence on the wedding day

    • They travel documents to be translated before their arrival in the country. (Translation and notarisation is $20 per passport)

    • Original Georgian marriage certificate is issued on the wedding day

    • Translation and legalisation/apostille takes 4 business days by standard ( Process can be expedited to 2 days - additional fee $70)

    • If your particular country requires embassy involvement and if the said embassy is present in Georgia, our team will submit the document to the them, if the said embassy allows third party involvement.

    • Embassy stamping fees are not included in our standard offers and are up to discussion

  • For standard offers, pre-payment is %50 upon agreement and %50 at least two weeks before the event.

    For custom offers with multiple services involved, payment terms will be devised accordingly.

  • We accept bank transfers or cash payments

  • Tbilisi offers plenty of gown rental shops that you can visit upon arrival. Prices range and can start as low as $200.
